Corporate Account Eligibility Rules

When booking tickets, employees must enter their company's unique Corporate Discount Code (CID) during the reservation process to apply the rate.

During travel, you may be requested to show proof of employment, such as a company badge, business card, or official corporate email address.

Accommodation & Route Rules

Accommodation Eligibility: The 15% corporate discount applies to Coach, Business Class, and select Acela Express services. Upgrades to private sleeper compartments (Roomettes and Bedrooms) are generally excluded from the corporate rate.

Route Availability: Corporate discounts are valid on all major regional services and Northeast Corridor trains. It does not apply to non-train connecting Thruway bus services.

Route Spotlight: This is a perfect savings option for business commuters traveling between New York Penn Station, Boston South Station, and Philadelphia 30th Street Station.

Comparison: Corporate Code vs. Government Employee Rates

Corporate Rates: Designed for private company employees. Offers up to 15% off and requires your company to be registered in the corporate program with a unique corporate CID code.

Government Rates: Specifically for public service employees. The 10% savings applies to Coach and Business class seats on standard routes. It is backed by GSA travel guidelines.
