Service Overview

AmmTrain.com is an independent train ticket booking service specializing in Amtrak reservations, including coach seats, business class, first class, roomettes, and bedrooms. We are not affiliated with Amtrak® or the National Railroad Passenger Corporation.

Booking Terms

Reservations

• All bookings through AmmTrain.com are subject to availability
• Prices may change until payment is completed
• You will receive e-tickets via email after confirmation

Payments

• We accept all major credit cards and PayPal
• Service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
• Full payment is required to secure reservations

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before departure for refund eligibility
• Refunds exclude AmmTrain.com service fees, except in cases of weather-related disruptions or passenger death (with valid documentation).
• Changes to bookings may incur additional fees
• No-shows forfeit all payments

User Responsibilities

• Passengers must provide accurate personal information
• Travelers are responsible for proper documentation (ID, visas, etc.)
• Compliance with all Amtrak rules and regulations is mandatory
• Prohibited items may not be brought onboard

Limitation of Liability

AmmTrain.com is not responsible for:

• Amtrak service delays or cancellations
• Weather-related disruptions
• Lost/stolen personal items
• Injuries sustained during travel

Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings.

• Unauthorized commercial use of route maps or schedules is prohibited

Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by Delaware State laws
• Disputes must first attempt resolution through mediation
• Claims must be filed within 6 months of booking date
