Ticket Delivery Process
Once your booking is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, your train ticket(s) will be issued. You will receive your e-ticket via email and SMS using the contact details provided during the booking. You can also access your ticket anytime by logging into your email sent to youu at the time of booking.
Ticket Processing Time
Instant Bookings: Most train tickets are processed and delivered immediately after successful payment. Pending Status: In rare cases, ticket issuance may take up to 15 minutes due to system updates or railway confirmation delays. If your booking remains in a pending status beyond 30 minutes, please contact our support team.
How to Access Your Train Ticket
Email Delivery: Your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email with all necessary travel details. SMS Notification: A confirmation SMS with your ticket details (PNR number, departure time, etc.) will be sent to your mobile number. If you loose your tickets, feel free to call us anytime and we will send you your tickets again.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on changes and refund eligibility. Modifications and cancellations are subject to railway provider policies.
Important Notes
Your train ticket must be presented at the boarding station (either digitally or printed). Ensure your government-issued ID matches the passenger name on the ticket. AmmTrain.com is a third-party booking platform and does not control railway policies regarding ticket modifications, refunds, or cancellations.
